HR Advisor (P&C Advisor) - Switzerland

As our new People & Culture Advisor, you will take on a central role where you become the primary HR contact for our Area Manager and Store Managers in Switzerland.
In this role you will provide hands-on support in all daily HR questions from our Store Managers, and we are therefore looking for a new Sister who has knowledge and experience in Switzerland employment law and who is experienced in advising on all stages of the employee lifecycle.
You will together with our global P&C team implement key employee processes and guidelines for our Store Managers. It will be your task to ensure that our HR processes and guidelines are aligned with the Switzerland employment law and reflects the culture of Søstrene Grene.
We are in the process of setting up a new HR system in close collaboration with our global P&C team and you will be our local superuser in Switzerland and help coordinate between our external salary provider and our system support team.
Within the coming year the role will expand to also support our stores in Austria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a first point of contact for Area Manager & Store Managers on P&C related matters – like absence, performance issues, contracts or disciplinaries
- Serve as local superuser and provide first-line support in our HR Systems
- Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with the local employment law and internal People & Culture procedures. This includes preparing accurate documentation and process-related paperwork
- Support our stores with recruitment, working closely with store managers to ensure teams are fully staffed
- Implement HR policies and procedures across all stores
- Monitor and report P&C metrics (e.g., turnover, absence rates).
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Experience as a HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role preferably within the retail sector
- Knowledge of Switzerland employment law
- General know-how of key HR processes and experience in implementations
- Experience in candidate screening and coordinating recruitment processes
- Confidence in navigating and working in HR systems and MS Office
- Proficiency in German (mother togue) and English at a professional level both oral and written. Basic language skills in French is an advantage.

Practical Information
Regular travel to stores across Switzerland is essential to provide on-site support, build strong relationships and understand the challenges our teams face.
The role is based in our office space in Frauenfeldt and you will have the flexibility to work from home up to two days a week.
In the office you will work together with Sisters from other departments and the Area Manager of Switzerland.
