At our Venlo Distribution Centre, the People & Culture team plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations. We are now looking for a Part-Time HR Administrator (20 hours/week) who will help us maintain structure, accuracy and a positive employee experience.

What does your day look like?

You make sure HR administration runs smoothly. Your day may start with updating employee records in our HR systems, managing vacation and absence registrations, and ensuring all documentation meets legal and company standards. You also create internal policies and update our Employee Handbook.

You work closely with our Lead HR Generalist and operational team leads to support workforce planning and reporting. You extract data from Quinyx, follow up on absences, and help prepare accurate payroll input.

You also assist with onboarding preparation and compliance tasks and manage offboarding documentation when employees leave. In short: you are a key player in creating structure and quality and you do it with professionalism and a service mindset.

  • Payroll input is delivered correctly and on schedule.

What you bring

We imagine you have 1–3 years of experience in HR administration and a basic understanding of Dutch labor law. You are strong with numbers, detail-oriented and you have experience with planning or time & attendance systems (Quinyx is a plus).

You are organized, reliable and able to work independently within 20 hours per week. You communicate fluently in Dutch and have good English skills. Experience in warehousing or logistics is an advantage but not a requirement.
