Søstrene Grene is a Danish family-owned company that was founded in 1973 and currently has more than 320 stores in 15 countries. Our stores offer a wide range of home accessories, furniture, kitchen utensils, hobby items, party supplies, gift wrapping, office supplies, children's interiors and toys, as well as seasonal products. New products arrive in stores every week.
In Venlo, the new distribution centre will be opened in mid-2025 with which we supply our E-commerce and Retail. The DC is equipped with the latest technologies and has a size of 45,000 m2, where 100 to 250 FTE are operationally employed. Fully geared to the growth target for the coming years.
Customer Experience Specialist – Dutch

Part of our Customer Relations team
You would be part of a larger Brand & Digitalisation department consisting of about 70 Sisters. We are divided into 5 teams; Media Buying & Performance, Digital Experiences & Customer Insights, Content Production, Planning & Coordination and Customer Relations & Service, where you would become part of the latter. In this team, we are 9 Sisters whose main task is to ensure outstanding service for all our customers across all platforms and markets.

Your role at Søstrene Grene
Along with the rest of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring a competent customer service across all our platforms and markets. Your primary tasks will therefore include:
• Answering Dutch customer enquiries from our webshop
• Coordinating and maintaining a close collaboration with our distributers and our Sisters from the webshop warehouse
• Developing our customer service further by challenging the status quo and suggesting new ideas for improving our customer service even further
About you
For the position as Customer Experience Specialist (NL) it is crucial that you:
• Have previously possessed a similar position (minimum 3 years) with customer service as the core responsibility, it is, however, crucial that you are able to understand the customer’s point of view and are dedicated and willing to deliver an extraordinary customer service.
• Have worked within e-com or wholesale warehouse/Logistics or other service-related organization.
• Master both Duch and English on a professional level, any extra languages are a big plus. It is important that your grammar is especially strong.
• Behavior and personality are based on values such as trust, empathy, integrity, authenticity
• Additionally, it is important that you have a flair for CRM systems – preferably Salesforce Service Cloud, Sprinklr or similar would be an advantage.
• You are ambitious and driven, with your own vision and able to work independently. Extroverted, structured, and passionate
• Your personality is extroverted, structured, and passionate about customer service. You are able to maintain a sense of perspective and handle several different tasks at once while keeping a positive attitude when approaching any and every query. You are a planner, and it is natural for you to structure your day so that you have an overview of all your tasks.
• You are dedicated and possess a can-do attitude helping you constantly raise the bar and the service level and you are able to relate to Søstrene Grene’s storytelling where the two elderly and especially polite sisters, Anna & Clara, are at the centre of the tone of voice.

Practical information:
Starting date: 1 August 2025
Hours: Fulltime 37 hours, or parttime; 32 hours spread over 5 working days
Onboarding: An induction process of approximately 2 weeks in Aarhus (Denmark)
Travel: Willing to travel on request to Søstrene Grene locations.
