Workplace: Switzerland - Maurerstrasse 8, 8500 Frauenfeld. 2nd Floor, Work In. 

 

As our new P&C Advisor, you will take on an independent role where you become the primary P&C contact for our stores and retail leaders in Switzerland and Austria. In this position, you will ensure that our P&C initiatives are rooted in local needs while aligned with our overall global direction. 

You will be the trusted go-to person for Store Managers and Area Managers, providing hands-on support and a strong professional presence in all daily P&C matters. Additionally, you will play an active role in recruitment for new stores and be responsible for ensuring that local P&C processes are compliant. 

This role is based in Frauenfeld and offers a great opportunity to influence how we support our retail teams locally. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in Denmark and our international P&C organisation and contribute to shared processes, best practices, and cross border initiatives. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Act as a first point of contact for Area Manager & Store Managers on P&C related matters – like absence, performance issues, contracts or disciplinaries.  

  • Serve as local superuser and provide first line support in our P&C Systems (Personio, Same System & Emply). 

  • Support our stores with recruitment, working closely with store managers to ensure teams are fully staffed, enabling the store managers to feel confident in their recruitment decisions.   

  • Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with the local employment law and internal People & Culture procedures. This includes preparing accurate documentation and process-related paperwork. 

  • Ensure consistent implementation of P&C policies and procedures across all stores. 

  • Monitor and report P&C metrics (e.g., turnover, absence rates). 

 

Experience: 

  • Demonstrated experience as a P&C Advisor or similar HR generalist role preferably within the retail sector. 

  • Experienced in candidate screening and managing high-volume recruitment across multiple roles  

  • Proven ability to liaise with and influence stakeholders at all levels, including store managers. 

 

Knowledge: 

  • Knowledge of Swiss employment law with the ability to apply it confidently in complex situations. If you also have knowledge about employment law in Austria, then it is considered an advantage. 

  • Familiarity with retail workforce planning is considered an advantage.

  • Proficiency in German & English at a professional level and a basic level of French is required.
